Yes. Bookable Room is contractor-agnostic. You can use the Contractor Handoff Documents with your existing contractor, send them to several vendors, or use them as the basis for a request-for-proposal process. The goal is to make vendors price the same room logic so you can compare assumptions before choosing. Bookable Room does not certify vendors or guarantee final construction pricing.
Scope boundary
Bookable Room provides design intent, visual renders, furnishing direction, material notes, rough budget guidance, and contractor discussion files based on client-supplied photos and measurements.
Bookable Room does not provide permit drawings, structural drawings, MEP engineering drawings, local code certification, or stamped construction documents.
For permit, structure, electrical, plumbing, or site execution, the client should work with a licensed local architect, engineer, contractor, or vendor.
